Contractor was cleaning up site, bridge looked good Contractor was going to clean up rock in channel Contractor still had some dirt to haul off and then will be done.

When I arrived, contractor was ready to pour Bent 1 Cap. Concrete arrived at 3:25, I tested the concrete: Slump was 3", Air 4.8%, Temp 81°. Made 3 cylinders Pour went good, left site at 4:30
